Job Description
- Aid in the oversight of compliance with local and international regulatory standards pertaining to product production, labeling, and marketing.
- Assist in the compilation and submission of regulatory documents for product registrations, variations, and renewals, ensuring precision and alignment with regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain well-organized and current regulatory documentation, including product dossiers, technical files, and labeling information, ensuring accessibility and completeness.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as R&D, Quality Assurance, and Marketing, to gather necessary information and facilitate effective communication regarding regulatory requirements and updates.
- Participate in the preparation and submission of regulatory filings, notifications, and responses to regulatory authorities within specified timelines.
- Support regulatory audits and inspections by managing documentation and providing requested information to regulatory authorities.
- Handle miscellaneous tasks and assignments as needed.
The Successful Applicant
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate, postgraduate or take bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field, such as Nutrition or Food Science or related disciplines. A master's degree is a plus.
- Previous experience in regulatory affairs, preferably in the food, pharmaceutical, nutrition, or baby formula industry is a plus.
- Good knowledge on local food regulations
- Good organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications especially excel skills.
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Available for at least 3 days a week, and 5 days a week during the summer or winter vacation.
